1. Social Security Reimbursement

Expatriates, when they end their time working in Turkey have a right to ask to a refund
for premiums which they paid to Social Security Institution (SGK).

2. Residence Permit

BSS PLUS provides consultancy and support services in obtaining all kinds of residence permits for the citizens of A group countries such as European Union, the U.S.A., Canada as well as the citizens of B group countries such as Russia, Kazakhstan, Mongolia. BSS PLUS offers several alternatives for the citizens of B group countries who are required to meet additional requirements to obtain long term residence permit for more than 3 months.

3. Work Permit

BSS PLUS provides support services for all foreigners (either key personnel or not) in applying work permit from Turkey or abroad within the scope of direct foreign investment. BSS PLUS also provides consultancy service in compliance to the economic criteria required by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security for the companies employing foreigners.

 

4. Citizenship Applications

BSS PLUS provides consultancy and support services in determining whether the requirements for T.R. citizenship is met and making the citizenship applications.

5. Real Estate Transactions

BSS PLUS, in cooperation with its solution partners, executes all kinds of transactions of foreigners at the title deed office including real estate purchase/sales as well as establishment and release of liens considering the specialties for foreigners.

 

6. Other

BSS PLUS provides various support services such as obtaining T.R. tax number for foreigners, making consulate certification and apostil of the official documents to be valid abroad. BSS PLUS, in cooperation with its solution partners, provides various intermediary services needed by top level managers settle in Turkey.
