Chairman of BSS Plus is Sinan Naipoglu LL.M who has graduated from Istanbul University, Law Faculty in 1998, completed his master (LL.M.) at University of Westminster-London, Law Faculty on LL.M.-International Commercial Law in 2002. He is a doctorate candidate with his doctorate thesis on “Comparison of EU and Turkish Laws on Competition Law and Corporate Governance in Establishing a Functioning Market Economy in Turkey” at the University of Westminster-London, Law Faculty. His areas of expertise are: Corporate and Commercial Law, Competition Law, Real Estate Law, European Union Law, Intellectual Property Law, Immigration Law, Human Rights Law, Media Law and Sports Law.
